Celebrating Creativity at Mayo College Girls' School!
On August 10th, 2024, we proudly hosted the inaugural edition of the Art and Design Festival, Aakriti. Derived from Sanskrit, Aakriti symbolizes 'form' or 'shape,' reflecting the essence of artistic creation. The festival showcased the talents of young artists from 11 schools, engaging over a hundred students in events like Photography, Clay Modeling, Alpana, Painting, Still Life, Poster Making, and Face Painting
We were honored to have Princess Vaishnavi Kumari of Krishangarh, an accomplished artist, as our chief guest. Aakriti was not just a celebration of art but a commitment to fostering creativity, collaboration, and cultural appreciation within our community.
