Academic Infrastructure
The Academic Block has 30 classrooms, three science labs, robotic lab, math lab, geography
lab,computer labs, resource center, data center, library, career counseling room, behavioral
counselor room, special educator room, Vice Principal office, Principal’s Secretariat,reception,
mini conference room and the Principal’s office.
Boarding Houses
The School has 07 boarding houses in total, one junior houses,Jamila Singh
Upper and Lower house for the students of classes 4th,5th & 6th and five senior boarding houses
( Charumati, Padmini, Meera, Sanyogita & Karunawati) for students of classes 7th to 12th
Activity Infrastructure
The Activity Block has a dedicated room for practicing western vocal, western
musical instruments on the ground floor. The Home Science classrooms and labs are on the first
floor. The Art Block has multiple rooms dedicated to different forms of art from
sketching,pottery(ceramics),welding,textile designing, photography,weaving,craft,installation
art to an art gallery.
The air conditioned Auditorium has dedicated rooms for practicing Hindustani
vocal music, Hindustani musical instruments, kathak, bharatanatyam, indian folk dances and
Odissi dance.
Sports Infrastructure
Our campus is dotted with playing fields spread across its length and
breadth.One Hockey ground, one Cricket ground with three turf wickets, two turf nets, one cement
wicket with artificial turf, five synthetic Tennis courts, three Basketball court, one skating
arena, four wooden Badminton courts, three synthetic surface Badminton courts, one fully
equipped Gym, one Gym for Gymnastics, three glassback air conditioned Squash courts,two Swimming
Pools, one air conditioned Table Tennis hall, one air conditioned 10 meter Shooting Range of 11
lanes, two Football grounds, one 400 meters red mud athletics track with a Pavilion, Long Jump
and Triple Jump pit, High Jump equipment, arena for Discus Throw,Shot Put and Hammer Throw,
exercise pit with sea shore sand, Horse Riding and a nine hole Golf Course.
Staff Residences
62 Staff residences are there on the campus.
Temples
The School deity is Maa Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge. The temple is made
of dholpur stone and in the center a beautiful idol is placed in west southwest facing east
which symbolizes education. The Praan Pratishtha was done on 1st February 2007. The Students
visit the temple on a regular basis.On Basant Panchmi and 1st February special prayers offered
to Maa and havan are done in which the students participate.
The School has one temple of Lord Shiva and his family. On special occasions
like Maha Shivratri, etc., special prayers are offered.
The School also has a small temple of Baba Ramdev, an incarnation of Lord
vishnu. On his jayanti special prayers are offered and prasadi is done by the Teaching staff and
Support Staff.
RO Plants
The School has three commercial RO plants to keep the drinking water absolutely
safe.
Horticulture
The School maintains huge green areas, 15000 flower pots, over 2,000 trees and
has planted 100 Mango and 100 Lemon trees. The department also grows organic Coriander and Mint
for the School Mess.
Green Energy
The School has 500 kw Solar Panels.
