The International Award for Young People (IAYP), known globally as The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, is a prestigious youth awards programme founded in 1956 by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, along with Kurt Hahn, a German educationalist. The IAYP is designed to empower young people aged 14 to 24 to explore their potential, develop their skills, and make a positive impact on their communities.
